We collect information necessary to execute logistics services, including names, pickup/drop-off addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive delivery updates, dispatch confirmations, and driver ETA notifications via SMS. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or personal data with third parties for promotional purposes. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP".
For our Go RX and medical clinical partners, we adhere to strict data anonymization protocols. Patient data present on sealed manifest documents is treated with absolute confidentiality.
By booking a run with OC GoTo Courier, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
We absolutely prohibit the transport of hazardous materials (HAZMAT), illegal narcotics, unsealed biohazards, and firearms. Any attempt to tender these items will result in immediate route cancellation without a refund.
Our Same-Day and On-Demand delivery windows are guaranteed. If a delay occurs due to driver fault, your account will be credited for the run. However, OC GoTo is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, severe traffic accidents, or incorrect addresses provided by the client.
For approved Business Account holders, invoices are issued monthly on a Net-15 basis. Failure to remit payment within 15 days will result in an immediate pause of scheduled routes.
